I have had the opportunity and pleasure of working with Dennis on numerous projects for HMA. We started together on the River Oaks Hospital Patient Tower, 189,000 sq ft and completed many projects such as:
• Gilmore Memorial Hospital Women’s Center, 35,000 sq. ft,
• Madison River Oaks Replacement Hospital, 123,000 sq ft,
• Clearview Replacement Hospital, 120,000 sq ft,
• Poplar Bluff Replacement Hospital 500,000 sq ft including MOB •
OR Expansions & Additions along with Imaging upgrades.

Dennis exemplifies professionalism with each project from schematic design through construction Administration. He is diligent in cost control and savings on each one of his projects and maintains the budget given to him. He is the ultimate task master as most projects run simultaneously. Dennis works well with every level of the facility, from Administration to EVS to ensure all equipment needs are addressed and met, including major medical equipment to low voltage requirements. He is very knowledgeable of all of the equipment he specifies for a project and assist vendors and staff with in-services. He is a great team member and project organizer. It is and has been my pleasure to work with someone who has the skills and talents that Dennis has.

Jackie McGowan, Director of Construction & Design

“I worked with Dennis and his team during a new hospital expansion project. If you are looking for someone who is well organized, well prepared, and knows the inner workings of the industry from the construction side through the equipment side then I would strongly recommend Dennis and MIT.”

Glen Silverman, CEO
Madison River Oaks Regional Medical Center

I have personally worked with Dennis for several year on many HMA projects. His attention to detail, and his knowledge of equipment has helped the architect and owner maintain the design schedule. His diligence and leadership ability is one of his strong attributes that assist in maintaining the construction schedule. I highly recommend him, and he is an asset to any design team.

Mr. Neil Reilly, RA, NCARB
Director of Healthcare Studio+

“I had the pleasure to work with Dennis on the construction of our replacement hospital in Monroe, GA. His leadership and expertise were key to the successful launch of Clearview Regional Medical Center. Dennis managed each aspect of the transition process from early move planning meetings to the purchase and installation of new equipment. If an unforeseen problem arose, he quickly adapted and kept us on course. Such projects should not be undertaken without a strategy expert who can save both time and money for the facility; Dennis is that expert.”

Mr. Jon-Paul Croom, COO
Walton (Clearview) Regional Medical Center

“Dennis was a key team member during the construction and equipping our new replacement hospital in 2011. He is very knowledgeable how medical equipment and systems integrate. He was very professional in managing and coordinating all the different equipment and systems with vendors, architects, general contractors and hospital staff, including the transfer of equipment from our old location. I would definitely recommend him for new hospital construction or renovation projects.”

Mr. Ken Warriner, CFO
Madison River Oaks Regional Medical Center

“We had the pleasure of working with Dennis on a large complex hospital project with an aggressive schedule. He is extremely resourceful and works very well in a team environment, which allowed the facility to open on time. In addition, his knowledge of equipment, information systems, and low-voltage systems was extremely valuable as we worked through the design process. During the final months of construction and pre-move activities, his on-site representation was invaluable. We look forward to working with him again.”
